Master Monobloc Double Skin Partition System.

An insulated double skin system manufactured from superior grade steel and designed specifically for the industrial sector.
Manufactured from cold rolled steel sections, supporting two surface pressed steel panels, the cavity is filled with high-density mineral wool insulation. The units are located and housed in a floor channel with vertical panel posts providing rigidity and strength, the panels are secured together with specially designed cleats, and vertical posts extend below the panel base for wire-work management systems, vertically and horizontally via the post sections. Screw fixed detachable skirting and cover channels are fixed over the posts and provide easy access.

Standard doors and frames constructed from timber or steel are factory assembled and supplied complete with mortice locks and steel butt hinges – single or sliding door options are available.
