of a grid system, supported by heavy
duty rods.
The tiles
consist of two zintec steel trays
bonded to a honeycomb core providing
a 40mm thick tile. The grid consists
of roll formed primary and transverse
grid members in 1.6mm pre-galvanised
mild steel.
The customized
design allows
for reinforced cut-outs to accept
luminaries, HEPA filters and dedicated
services.
The system
has a safe working load of 90kg
per tile, representing one man and
his tools. Based on the maximum
1500mm x 1500mm modular size. Smaller
tile sizes will progressively increase
the capacity.
