Norwood modular clean room improves facilities at Bristol Myers Squibb
Norwood has been awarded the challenge of developing a cutting-edge modular clean room system design for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS). In association with Boulting Environmental, the new clean room has been designed to meet BMS' exacting specifications and research standards. Making Norwood the ideal partner.
Bristol Myers Squibb has a long-standing reputation for excellence in the pharmaceutical industry, having developed many blockbuster innovative healthcare products for improving patients' quality of life and extending patient life expectancy. As a result, all BMS R&D and manufacturing facilities need to be designed to the highest specifications.
Norwood's unique Enviro steel partition wall system is being used to form the main wall structure of the BMS clean room. The steel Enviro partition system can be designed to bespoke specification and is supplied direct-to-site with flush glazed doors and windows, manufactured and constructed off-site at Norwood's UK manufacturing plant, prior to delivery on-site for installation.
A high specification Cleanseal plank is being installed within the walk-on-ceiling construction within the modular clean room system design, to allow services to be carried and serviced from above.
